Plant Operations Call Center

The Plant Operations Call Center (POCC) is the communications hub of Plant Operations and the front line communications with campus departments. The POCC partnering with Housing Maintenance and Parking Maintenance dispatches after hours emergencies for their properties as well. Work Orders are initiated, dispatched, coordinated, and tracked through our computerized Facilities Management System. Inquiries on any Plant Work Order can be followed up on by calling the Call Center at 647-2059, emailing POCC (get address) (38.107.191.119) or view directly in our Facilities Management System (unique name and kerberos password required).

Work Orders can be obtained through one of the following:

A Work Order number will be provided for future reference in tracking of the job. If submitting online, a customer request number will be assigned and when POCC processes the request the customer is notified of the work order number.
