Welcome to the Utility Electric Shop webpage. The Utilities Electric Shop is made-up of two Utilities and Plant Engineering Electric Shops; Primary System Operations and Low Voltage Distribution. These two Utility Electric Shops along with the two Facility Maintenance Electric Shops listed below, install, upgrade, retrofit, and maintain, the electrical infrastructure of the University of Michigan.
