Maintenance is performed by mechanics and skilled trades that are assigned to your building. Always on site, always available and always knowledgeable about your problems in your buildings!
We provide:
- 7:00am - 3:30pm service, Sunday - Saturday
- 24-hour emergency service 647-2059
- on site skilled trades
- on site supervision
- daily maintenance needs
- customer pay small jobs
- coordinate department moves
- minor electrical renovations
- preventive maintenance
- installation of shelves, bulletin boards & pictures hung
- have mechanic assigned to each building for more personal and quicker customer service
- carry two-way radios and can be reached at a moments notice
- will be a liaison to the main shops to help you with the larger customer payjobs
- will answer questions and help you get to the correct person or department
- serve as a front line contact to all of the Plant Operations Division
