All maintenance and repair work is performed by skilled trades and AFSCME personnel who are specialists in their areas of expertise. A skilled Foreman, who is an expert in their field, provides supervision for each central shop.
The Roofing Shop provides complete roofing services including installation, maintenance, repair and seasonal cleaning.
The Metal Shops provide specialized services in metal/plastic design and fabrication of specialty parts and machinery components, installation and maintenance of gas fired furnaces and water heaters and building equipment repair.
