How do I get service?
The Plant Operations Call Center known as "POCC", serves as Plant Operations' "single point of contact" for our clients in the campus community. All work requests for services go through them.
Call POCC at 647-2059 to speak to someone in person. Or if you prefer, use the easy online form for general fund work requests or the downloadable .pdf file for customer pay requests.
- If you have a flood or other urgent requests, the quickest way to get service is to contact POCC. They will take care of contacting the appropriate departments quickly to assist you.
- If you need a quick cleanup of a spill, your bathroom is out of paper towels or toilet paper, contact the POCC to initiate a work request.
- If you want special services such as carpet or upholstery cleaning, pest control, catastrophe clean up, POCC will initiate a work request for you.
- Repairs such as light bulbs, backed up sinks and other types of repairs for Zone Maintenance go through the POCC as well.
After your work request is submitted it will be forwarded to the department responsible for the completion. All estimates and preventative maintenance planning also go through the POCC and Work Control.
