Vision 2005:

Vision 2005 - the Plant Operations Strategic Plan - is our guideline for improving our performance in communications, work quality, job completion rates and billing practices with our customers. In order to achieve our goals, we have addressed these concerns in key focus areas - Customers, Financial, People and Internal Business Processes. Each department within Plant has continued to identify within these key focus areas specific actions to bring Vision 2005 into fruition. We invite you to review our planning document and to visit each department web page for their specific plan to achieve these goals.
